Turnaround Times
We will do our utmost to get your sneakers back to you in record time. However, please allow for 4-6 days for us to get them looking as fresh as possible. We will let you know by text when your shoes are ready for collection.

Special Materials – Seude / Nubuck / Leather
Specials Styles – Hightops, Timerland

Disclaimer
The Barber Café is pleased to provide our sneaker cleaning services to you, subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.
Your use of the sneaker cleaning services indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not agree to the aforementioned, you should inform us and cease using our services immediately.

General Provisions
The Barber Café reserves the right to refuse to clean any shoes.
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, but we will do our best.
We cannot hold unclaimed shoes for more than 30 days unless agreed upon, any unclaimed items will beyond this period, will be donated to charity or sold.
All service sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.

Damage Policy
The Barber Café will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. We accept no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions and accept no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. The Barber Café is not responsible for sneaker materials bleeding (such as suede dye) or otherwise changing as a result of normal sneaker treatment procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible.

Loss/Stolen
The Barber Café will not be held liable for any lost or stolen shoes at the store, during pick up, delivery or transportation of items between service providers.
