The Barber Café is a unique concept that combines high quality barbering and modern men’s grooming services with a barista coffee offering that is set in a modern and comfortable interior.

I saw all the positive reviews online so I decided to give this place a go. Sadly, the experience and haircut itself didn’t live up to the hype. I asked for a fade, and for my top to be trimmed a bit, which he didn’t even touch. I let it go, because the fade was the most important part, only for people to tell me it looks uneven. Then when you look closer, it’s definitely not one of the better fades I’ve had. Disappointing.

I went here for the first time yesterday, it was honestly one of the best barber experiences I have ever had. The staff were exceptionally friendly and wonderfully talented at what they do. It provided an extremely premium experience with a reasonable price point that I would be gladly willing to pay again going forward. I went there for the first time on Friday(day before my wedding). It is absolutely the best barber i have ever been to. Everyone is friendly and talks like weve been friends for years. The whole team involved barbers, hostess, grooming ladies are just the best. I would give 6 stars if i could. Plus the coffee is amazing. I left looking "tops" for wedding photos.

Finally, I found the best barber shop and the best barber for my son. My son has a very sided crown, and his hair grows in a funny way. I have been to barbers, and mostly, I get very disappointed afterward.

Now, I know to ask for Mohammed to cut my son's hair the way it is suitable for his hair type. He is very attentive to how his hair should be cut.

Overall, their services are great, from the hostess to the barbers. They keep the spaces clean and they make a good drink while you are there. As long as my son looks good, I don't mind paying the prices.

I came here approximately three months ago to get my grandson a haircut.When we arrived we were met at the door by the staff with amazing smiles , but i was particularly intrigued by one lady's smile.Her entire bidy language was so friendly and welcoming. I thought maybe she was just in a good mood that day and perhaps next may be different.
Yesterday I took my grandson there again, and there was this young lady again , with her cheerful and welcoming smile again.Nothing had changed.
I later learned that her name is Sizakhele. What an amazing lady.Look the staff generally is friendly but this is just phenomenal.

Look, I'm a 'kasi' guy...to the extend that you cannot get more 'kasi' then Ennerdale who takes first prize in 'kasi' we right next to Bloemfontein...Ruster-Vaal in second place...then a tie between Eldorado Park and Eersterust in third place...
So a haircut experience at a 'kasi' barber is everything close to an all male festival...it's rowdy, noisy, and you left feeling like a whole community was part of you...
Today...I felt like a human (not that the Kasi experience does not do that for me) but yeah....it was an awesome experience...thank you The Barber Café...see you again soon...

They always let me know if I have to wait a few minutes. I cut with Shaun who always guarantees I walk out looking amazing!

I have been here many times and they have cut my hair perfectly all the time, I actually know one of the gents from a previous shop. Long story short I came in today the 23rd June 2023, greeted friendly and offered coffee as per the usual went to go draw money (offline card machine, not an issue), around the corner came back (2min later) waited when 2 people after me was helped before me, i know from previous times they work on a first come first serve basis unless you waiting for someone specifically and i wasnt.
I spoke to the lady who helped me originally and she said she will chat to the barber who said and I quote " not my problem " I was highly disappointed at that point, I would have stayed waited accepted an apology but to hear someone say that, made me lose the respect I had for the gents/ business. I look forward to haircuts and especially from them, I am relocating and starting a new position and I was really looking forward to a stylish cut from them. Just disappointed on how it was handled

I've been to this barber 3 times now, my first time was really good and I traveled far to go to them based on a recommendation from a family member. However, my last two times didn't end so well, my second time my throat was cut badly after shaving and was sore for days, the barber admitted he shaved in the wrong direction which I was surprised to hear. This weekend I gave them another chance and although I wasn't cut as badly I still had cuts on my neck, that being said they have friendly service and do good hair cuts but their shaving let's them down.
